Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 11 PM (GMT-08:00) PST
  • Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday) 
  • Transit Time: 5-8 Business days ( Monday-Friday)   
  • Total delivery time: Estimated delivery time based on customer locations, all destinations 6-11 business days

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with USPS, UPS  to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping Locations:

We ship our products only within the USA.

Please note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Shipping Fee:

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for orders under $100, and free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You may also use our Order Tracking Page to monitor your delivery. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays

We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
